Pressure washing is a great way to clean many different things. We specialize in pressure washing concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways, gutters, pavers, vertical natural stone, pool decks, screens, screen frames, large heavy equipment, and most likely anything else you can think of. When it comes to certain surfaces, however, such as concrete, roof tiles or pavers, repeated pressure washing can negatively affect your surface over a period of time. Concrete can chip, deteriorate, absorb stains, etc. Pavers and vertical stone can lose their color, deteriorate, and eventually will have to be replaced. Pressure washing is only a short term fix. It is recommended that, when any pressure washing is completed, one should apply a product to preserve the surface, whether it be simple paint, or more complicated, better solutions, such as stains or sealer. Just as a car needs to be waxed to preserve it's clear coat and paint, surfaces need to be maintained to preserve their features.
